Kouron has specialist experience working on insurance reinstatement works from the contracting side managing a high- volume portfolio during flood surges, as well as dealing with ‘blue chip’ commercial clients with project values in excess of £10M.

Her effective collaboration throughout the team ensures that pragmatic, cost effective decisions can be made safely whilst BBL’s dedication to high standards, professionalism and health and safety in construction is maintained.
A dedicated and proactive Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering mixed tenure developments. Specialising in complex, quick turnaround projects, Shane’s strong organisational and site management skills enable him to confidently and effectively lead teams in completing projects ranging from multi-building sites through high-rise mixed-use developments to single property high value residential insurance reinstatement. Working closely with Directors and clients to understand and manage projects from an operational standpoint, Shane's strong programming and procurement processes ensure attention to detail and quality finishes throughout any build, co-ordinating multiple trades and subcontractors whilst ensuring high standards of health and safety are championed throughout the site.
Stephanie works closely with the Project Mangement team and has developed excellent relationship and communication skills, managing clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders successfully to keep programmes flowing smoothly and to targets. She prides herself on being client led/ focused and prioritising our clients needs on a day-to-day basis. Stephanie has a strong understanding of the construction process, having worked across residential and commercial projects, including new build, high end, flood/fire reinstatement, and remedial works. Her understand of site management and health and safety means that she effectively delegates, directs, and manages, consistently leading safe and productive sites that meet productivity, quality and budget targets.
With a solid understanding of financial management wthin the construction industry, Lauren’s meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills enable her to develope robust financial controls and reporting systems that ensure BBL’s operational efficiency. She builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to contribute to BBL’s success through seamless financial operations.

Lily contributes to the wider BBL marketing strategy with her keen understanding of the importance of brand value and eye for detail keeping consistency across the company. She is passionate about effective communication through clear and effective marketing and develops campaigns and strategies to approach new B2B and B2C environments.
As a dedicated Project Administrator, Grace brings exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail to every project. She works closely with our project managers to ensure they have the supplies needed for successful project coordination. From scheduling and documentation to liaising with clients and contractors. Grace is an essential part of keeping our projects on track and within budget. He understands the importance of a clean, well-managed site, ensuring all trades and subcontractors follow site rules and are well briefed on the job in hand. Dave is confident and effective running teams across any size of site from small individual renovation projects to larger scale new builds, providing the essential link between what happens on site and the Project Managers.
