In August 2024, Benning Brothers Ltd took on a challenging enabling and demolition project after a severe fire caused catastrophic damage to this residential dwelling.
Our role focused on the critical demolition phase, which we completed efficiently and safely, aligning with all Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidelines.
We were instructed on the Wednesday and immediately got to work, attending the next day to get things ready for our Scaffolding team to set up the demolition scaffold on the Friday meaning full demolition was completed within two weeks!
Working closely with Hertforshire County Council and their local Building Control team, we obtained all required approvals in a timely manner, allowing swift, coordinated demolition, leaving the site safe and ready to go into planning for reinstatement works.
