Following a fire that started in a neighboring unit, this office space received stringent smoke damage.
Fire services tackled the blaze, which prevented any further fire damage to our client’s space, however, this did result in serious water damage throughout.
After initial assessments carried out by our team, it was clear that this space would need a complete strip-out and re-fit to eliminate all hazards and damage.
Our clients took this opportunity to re-vamp their offices, creating a vibrant, modern working space.
