New Project Alert| Whitstable demolition and full rebuild

We’re pleased to announce that works have officially begun on a new project in Whitstable.

This project involves the demolition and full rebuild of a residential extension following a subsidence claim.

Scope of works includes:

• Demolition of the existing single-storey extension
• Removal of the existing ground-bearing slab and foundations
• Installation of piled foundations in accordance with the structural engineer’s design
• Complete reconstruction of the single-storey extension, including new foundations, slab, and superstructure

These works will address the structural movement caused by subsidence and reinstate the extension in line with current building standards and engineering recommendations.

Our team has already begun initial works on site, and we’re looking forward to progressing the project and rebuilding so our clients can return safely.
