Chiddingstone Floor Finishes Complete

We’re excited to share that floor finishes are now complete at our Chiddingstone reinstatement project.

Following extensive prep work, including subfloor repairs and careful levelling, the new flooring has been successfully installed throughout. Our client chose an engineered oak floor, a smart choice thanks to it's multi layered construction, which offers enhanced stability, reduced movement, and excellent resistance to moisture compared to solid timber.

Not only is it incredibly durable and long lasting, but it also beautifully complements the character of the property.

This marks a key milestone in the reinstatement journey, giving us a strong, reliable base as we continue internal work and bring this home back to life.
